Top 11 from '11: #4- Evernote

Evernote allows you to capture everything, access it anywhere, and find things fast. With Evernote you can remember everything.

Capturing everything with Evernote means saving your ideas, things you like, things you hear, and things you see. Everything is saved in Notes, so all you have to do is click +New Note and start saving your ideas. iSight note allows you to record video of yourself to use later. An audio note lets you explain something when typing won't due. You can also clip things from a web page, file, or folder.

Access anywhere means Evernote works with nearly any computer, phone, and mobile device. Save an idea on laptop and it's instantly available on your phone. Clip something useful on iPad during your afternoon meeting, and it's on your desktop computer when you get home. Snap a picture with your cellphone and you'll have it in the office when you get back from lunch.

You can find things fast with Evernote. Look through all or a few of your notes to find the title of an important note. Snap a picture last week? Evernote will search it to find any text relevant to your search. Scan some hand written notes? Evernote will also look through those notes to find the date you wrote them.

The goal of Evernote is to give everyone the ability to easily capture any moment, idea, inspiration, or experience whenever you want using whichever device or platform you find most convenient, and then make all of the information easy to find.
