About Me
Currently an Instructor, PhD student, and Technology Coach at NC State University. Spent 5 years as an award winning Middle School Science teacher. Voted Teacher of the Month, Teacher of the Year and finalist for a national teacher award. Team Leader, Department Co-Chair, Student Council Advisor, Media and Technology Advisory Committee and much more. Cost Concerns?
Since speaking is not my primary job (I’m a full-time PhD student and Teaching Assistant) this makes my fees more reasonable. I don’t have the overhead that other professionals might have (office, employees, large scale advertising, etc.). Also, keep in mind that my availability is limited by the fact that I’m a full-time student.
If you’re a small district and need to keep costs down, consider combining with another district in your area to jointly host me for the day!
