There are reports of areas and stores where customers had to wait patiently in line for the opportunity to get their device. My wife and I managed to wait just a few minutes before the doors opened in a little snow to get my phone set up.
I have to say that the Verizon team of employees were great! They explained everything about the process of getting the phone, made suggestions to make things easier and had an individual employee walk us into the store to make sure our every need was taken care of. I cannot say enough about how great the experience was!! :)
