Moodle

Moodle is an educational website building software package. It's an Open Source product that many universities, schools, and educational institutions use to create online learning environments (single classes, line of courses, and more).

Moodle's focus has always been giving teachers and educators the best tools possible to promote and manage learning. Some of the best aspects of Moodle; that it can be used to teach an individual, or thousands of students. A class can be held fully online, or partially online to supplement face-to-face classes. Forums, databases, and wikis within Moodle help to build a rich and collaborative learning environment, while quizzes and tests deliver more traditional forms of assessment.
