Symbaloo For Administrators

Just as teachers find themselves dashing around trying to find new stuff to do to keep students' attention in the classroom, administrators do the same thing to keep up teacher morale and energy toward the end of the school year.

My former principal would show inspiring videos, play moving music, and encourage 'forced family fun' at faculty meetings to keep us smiling and going. We would often find ourselves asking the principal where she found the videos and music so we could use it later. But we would often hear her say, 'I don't know where I got, I just got it."

Since time wasn't in abundance, no one would go look. This is where Symbaloo could really help an administrator and, in turn, help teachers. If an administrator could keep all the great resources and content they find throughout the year(s) in one place, everyone with access to the page benefits. My former principal was an admitted tech-illiterate, but the simple design and easy function of Symbaloo would allow even the lowliest tech newbie to use and share it.

As an administrator, it would be great to have all the wonderful resources principals share with one another in one place so you can access it whenever you need. But it's also great to be able to share these resources with your teaching staff, and not just say to them, "yeah, I read an article about that... but I don't remember who wrote it or where I say it."
