Gmail

CATCHsystem is about taking technology baby steps to improve your knowledge and skill. Then, you can help others.

The first step in CATCHsystem is Messaging, otherwise known as email. We're big believers and users of Gmail as our primary Messaging system. In addition to sending and receiving messages, Gmail has Chat, Calendar, Lists (tasks).

Since Google was built around search and comes with lots of storage space, the user is able to save every message (sent and received) nearly indefinitely. Any message can be searched for and found for later use. No more worries about losing important digital messages!

Gmail's full-featured Messaging system features work together seamlessly. Events described in an email are saved into your Calendar, to-do lists are made in the Tasks bar, a Chat can be started while another user is logged in to their account to save typing time, folders and filters keep messages organized and in the right place, and all contact information is kept safe and available whenever needed.
