Mailbox Brings Gmail To Your Mac's Menu Bar

Quick and productive is often the name of the game. As David Allen often says, "You want things to be where you need them, when you need them." If email is as important to you as it is to most of us, you want a quick and productive way to access your Gmail on the fly.

Mailbox is an application for Apple computers that places an access point for your Gmail in the top menu bar. This way your Messages are one click away at any time, rather than opening up your web browser, navigating to your email login, and opening up your messages.

This is a great tool for many people. Teachers have a very quick way to check for important email messages (although you'll need to be careful about having your email open and being away from your computer), business persons have an easy access point for email during meetings, students may have this on their own laptop at school or home to access messages while completing work, and parents have a way to access email fast if working from home and taking care of young children.

All-in-all this may be a great option for a number of different people and applications. Download it for FREE in iTunes, here: Mailbox
