SendSpace for Administrators

There are administrators that carry lots of 'stuff' around. They have large clipboards, manila folders, portfolios, binders, and there have been some with bull horns (or is that just the movie Lean on Me?). What they have doesn't matter as much as how much of it they don't need to carry if they had some tools to help accomplish the same task.

SendSpace allows users to easily send, receive, track, and share large files. Instead of toting all the files around with them, administrators can send files (securely) to those that need them in a much more efficient and less physically draining way (unless they're in need of exercise).

Administrators can send large video files of student or teacher projects that are interesting or noteworthy, a zipped collection of images to the local newspaper that highlight the wonderful activities happening at the school, a large bundle of documents (also zipped together) to parents at the beginning of the school year that include everything they'll need for the entire year, or send central office all the evaluation documents together in one link.
