Prezi for Administrators

Administrators do quite a bit of presenting; to faculty and staff during meetings, to parents during Open Houses, to students during assemblies and award programs, and much more. It can get a little stale when present slides with text, you often need more interest and an easy way to share what you created.

Prezi helps to make presenting visually interesting and easy to share. With a single zoomable canvas administrators can take audience members down a path that includes text, images, videos, and more. By making a single Prezi for each type of presentation its easy to keep resources in one location.

For example, create one Prezi for all faculty and staff meetings. All of the documents, images, and videos will be in one place so that it's easy to reference an earlier document, re-watch an inspiring video, or just review minutes from the last meeting.

Share the Prezi link with all who attend, embed the presentation on the school website, or tweet the link with all staff and faculty followers. It's that easy!
