This week I finished reading a powerful book, Man's Search for Meaning by Victor E. Frankl. The author is a doctor of psychology and a survivor of the Holocaust. He presents a powerful case for Logotherapy, his form of psychological analysis where he helps people find meaning in their lives so they can conquer their fears.
He believes that people who know and understand the meaning of their lives, whether it's becoming a doctor to help patients, a mother to raise a child, a teacher that educates young people, or business owner that serves customers, it's the meaning in life that allows us to endure any sufferings. As he mentions in the book, "Those who have a why to live, can bear almost any how."
Do you know your 'why?' Are you able to make through almost any 'how?' Are you in need of taking a fresh look at what you're doing and make some new decisions? There's no better time than now! Spring is here. It's time for a new beginning! Make a choice and go for it!
