Alice was created by Carnegie Melon Professor Randy Pausch. His idea was to teach students something hard while having fun. Programming computers may be something fun to learn for a certain group of people, but may not for others.
Randy Pausch's idea has turned into a large a program used by many groups of people and in lots of classrooms across the world. His legacy lives on in the program, and the teachers who use it. We hope you're using it, and here are a few resources to make your experience better.
