When Is Good for Administrators

Administrators get a lot of greif for over-scheduling. They are pressured to get in all of the teacher work days, staff development, all-staff meetings, and much more.

Administrators are responsible for an entire building. They keep track of students, faculty, staff, parents, and report to central office personel. There are a lot people please and schedules to satisfy.

When Is Good is one tool that can make scheduling and time management much easier. An administrator can quickly select dates that are appropriate for an upcoming event and then send a link to everyone involved. It could be a single individual or a near infinite number of stakeholders that may attend the meeting or event.

Send out a link and wait for a response. Students, teachers, and especially parents appreciate it when they have input into what happens at a school and with their child.

Administrators can use When Is Good to schedule:

- Sporting events with other school principals
- Central office personel visits
- Parent volunteer days and times
- Pep rallies so teachers are able to prepare lessons accordingly
- Academic or Sports awards programs so parents can prepare their schedules accordingly
- End of year parties for grade levels so the entire school doesn't end up in the same area

And much more! Teachers will be more likely to show up and participate in staff meetings if they have an option, students will be more energetic about school events when they're allowed to choose, and parents are far more appreciative when they can select dates the work with their job schedules!
