This week we change our clocks for Daylight Savings Time. I always remember which way the clock needs to move because we 'fall back,' and 'spring forward.'
I also think Daylight Savings is about that, saving time. What are you doing in your day, week, month, or year to save time for the things that really matter? Spending time with family, reading a good book, taking a walk, or giving a long time friend a call.
As we move further into Fall and then Winter, not only save time, but take time to evaluate what you're doing, and begin letting go of all that's not important, and focus on what is.
