Between supporting staff members, assuring quality education for students, building good relationships with parents and community, taking care of building grounds, stretching budgets, and eating lunch once this week, administrators are challenged to scale their communication.
An administrator needs the power to send Messages to an entire community, but also the flexibility to talk one-on-one with a student. Google+ gives an administrator the power to do both, and everything in between.
Google+ allows administrators to communicate:

- Bus route changes with transportation personel
- Sporting event times with Athletic directors

- Discipline procedures with specific students
- Resource sharing with other administrators
- and... still have time to connect with family, friends, and spouse...in one place!
Just as teachers and students need to keep communication lines open to maximize time and space, administrators need a central location to communicate with everyone that has a hand in running a school smoothly (or at least appearing smooth).
