Yes, You Can Stay on Top of Your Email!

Back in December we discussed how to get your Email to Zero and then, Keeping Your Email to Zero. We also showed you how Processing Your Email and Using Email Filters can make all of this happen. Michael Hyatt, from Thomas Nelson publishing has a great article titled, "Yes, You Can Stay on Top of Email." In it he lays out the keys for his success:

  1. Empty your inbox eveyday.
  2. Don't get bogged down, keep moving (Do, Delegate, Defer, etc.).
  3. Use keyboard shortcuts and avoid the mouse.
  4. Let email rules (filters) take care of the low-priority stuff.
Last, but not least, don't give into despair, you can do it, without having to be a computer Geek.

Whether you're a student, teacher, parent or just a computer user, these steps for success really work! Just read Matthew Kruger-Ross's testimonial to see success in action, and the way he went beyond the system. :)

If you haven't seen this video or need a refresher, take a few minutes to set up some Email Filters.
